Yes, very effective. I really must look into post-production one of these days. Did your daughter get the job? The good Doctor does go through assistants at a prodigious rate.

Have you ever tried doing this effect in camera? As in zooming in/out as you press the shutter button? I’ve tried it once or twice, but never with a tripod, so as a result, it comes out a bit wonky!
