I am a photography enthusiast with a particular interest in landscapes and nature, although I will happily turn my lens to anything that captures my imagination. I am a Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society. My images have been published in books and magazines. Some are licensed with Getty Images or the South of England Picture Library while others are available as cards, calendars or prints at Rachael Talibart Photography. But I am not trying to make a living at this game. I am in it for the love of it and part of the fun is in sharing. So this blog will be all about sharing my love of photography. Other enthusiasms, such as travel or literature (I am a mature postgrad literature student), may creep in. I won’t stand in their way. But the focus (please forgive the inevitable pun) will remain photographic. I hope you enjoy.

Congratulations on acquiring Fuji X-E1. Please do try it with some old lenses using an adapter. You will see how this thing transforms into a great retro camera with just a digital back.
